(1) Reasonable planning of hydraulic actuators. The hydraulic system of the drilling rig is required to be simple in structure, small in size, light in weight, easy to maintain, and standardized in hydraulic components. The degree of generalization is high. (2) Appropriate control methods. In hydraulic systems, actuators need to change speed and direction of motion. For multiple components, there is an order of operations and interlocking requests. The rod changing mechanism of the drilling rig should realize a certain automatic cycle, and carefully select various control methods. The combination of stroke control, pressure control and time control must be appropriate. (3) The system is safe and reliable. In the design process, different measures need to be taken for hydraulic circuits with different functions to ensure the safety and reliability of hydraulic circuits and systems. In order to avoid system overload, a safety valve should be installed; in order to prevent the lifting mechanism from automatically falling under the condition of self-weight and loss of pressure, there must be a balance circuit; the outrigger circuit has a hydraulic lock; the rotating mechanism should have a buffer. Speed limit and brake installation, etc. , to ensure safety. In addition, mutual interference between circuits should be avoided. (4) The hydraulic power should be effectively applied. Improving the efficiency of a hydraulic system not only saves energy, but also prevents the system from overheating. During the working cycle, when the required flow rate differs greatly, double pumps and variable pumps should be used to supply oil or accumulators should be added. When the system is in the pressure protection period, the pump should be unloaded. (5) Avoid hydraulic shock. Due to the change of the movement speed of the working mechanism, in the hydraulic system, factors such as the sudden disappearance of the working load and the impact load often produce hydraulic shocks, which affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, corresponding precautions should be taken when designing the system schematic. For the hydraulic shock caused by the sudden disappearance of the working load, a back pressure valve should be added on the oil return circuit; for the hydraulic shock caused by the shock load, a safety valve should be added at the inlet of the oil circuit.
