1. Introduction of water well drilling rig crawler
The crawler of the water well drilling rig is composed of a crawler shoe and a crawler pin. The track pins connect the track shoes to form a track chain link. There are holes at both ends of the track shoe, which mesh with the driving wheel, and there are induced teeth in the middle, which are used to correct the track and prevent the track from falling off when the water well drill is turning. There are reinforced anti-skid ribs (referred to as pattern) on the side that contacts the ground. Improve the firmness of the track shoe and the adhesion between the track and the ground. There are also supporting wheels, supporting wheels, driving wheels and rail links on the water well drilling rig site.
2. Cleaning the crawler of water well drilling rig
When cleaning the drilling rig, the sludge on the lower walking body should be cleaned at the same time. After the operation, the operator should clean the sludge on the lower walking body while cleaning the cab, if there is sludge attached to the lower walking body. It is impossible to check related parts. Therefore, please remove these sludge and inspect and maintain the lower walking body
3. Maintenance of water well drilling rig crawler
(1). During the construction of the rotary drilling rig, the crawler tension should be adjusted according to the soil quality to cope with the differences in soil quality at different construction sites. Doing so can also extend the service life of the machine. When the soil is soft, soil is easy to adhere to the track and track links, so the track should be adjusted slightly to prevent abnormal stress on the track links due to the attachment of soil. When the construction site is full of pebbles, the track should also be adjusted slightly, so that when walking on the pebbles, it can avoid the bending of the track shoes. On a firm and flat ground, it is good to adjust the track slightly tighter. Adjustment of track tension: If the track is too tight, the walking speed and walking power will decrease. This will not only cause a decrease in work efficiency, but also cause abnormal wear due to excessive friction applied to the pins and bushings. On the contrary, if the track is adjusted too loosely, the track will rest loosely on the driving wheel and the supporting sprocket, causing greater wear or damage. Moreover, when the loose track sags too much, it may come into contact with the frame and damage the frame. In this way, even if it is a reinforced lower walking body, if it is not adjusted correctly, it will cause unexpected failures.
(2). Attention should be paid to reducing wear when constructing rotary drilling rigs. Carrier wheels, supporting wheels, drive wheels, and rail links are all parts that are easily worn out. However, depending on whether daily inspections are performed or not, there will be large differences. Therefore, as long as a little time is spent on proper maintenance, the degree of wear can be well controlled. If part of the supporting wheels and supporting rollers are not running, continue to use, it may cause the rollers to wear off, and may also cause the wear of the rail chain links. If a roller that cannot run is found, it must be repaired immediately! In this way, other malfunctions can be avoided. If you walk on a sloping ground repeatedly for a long time and turn suddenly, the side of the rail link will contact the side of the drive wheel and the guide wheel, thereby increasing the degree of wear. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid walking on sloping terrain and sudden turning. Straight travel and big turns can effectively prevent wear.
(3). The bolts and nuts should be checked carefully: when the machine works for a long time, the bolts and nuts will loosen due to the vibration of the machine. Especially the bolts and nuts on the lower walking body are easily affected. If the machine continues to operate with the track shoe bolts loose, a gap will be created between the bolts and the track shoe, which will lead to cracks in the track shoe. Moreover, the generation of the gap may also enlarge the bolt holes between the crawler belt and the rail link, resulting in serious consequences that the crawler belt and the rail link must be replaced because they cannot be tightened. Therefore, bolts and nuts should be inspected and tightened regularly to reduce unnecessary costs.
(4). The following parts should be inspected and tightened: track shoe bolts; supporting rollers and sprocket wheel mounting bolts; driving wheel mounting bolts; walking piping bolts, etc. Also check the parts that do not require maintenance.
In short, the editor here reminds the operator to pay more attention to the condition of the crawler of the rotary drilling rig, such as whether the bolts are loose? Are the supporting wheels and supporting wheels unable to rotate? Are the supporting wheels, supporting wheels and driving wheels leaking? Ignoring the above abnormal state will eventually lead to a serious accident. If the bolts are broken and the related parts are damaged and the sprocket or support wheels are worn out, the maintenance cost will be greatly increased.
